Ce grand salon d'apparat emprunte son architecture au style Louis XVI, directement inspiré de l'Antiquité. Ici, colonnes et pilastres rythment la composition avec des lignes architecturales fines, régulières et pondérées.

Cependant afin de répondre aux exigences du lieu, l'ornementation se manifeste de façon plus riche afin de produire par cette juxtaposition d'éléments décoratifs, un effet de plus grand luxe.

A cela s'ajoute un décor de peintures faux marbres où l'on trouve le campan vert, du Carrare, du sarrancolin et de la brocatelle du Jura, qui lui confèrent son caractère solennel et théâtral.

This large ceremonial salon in the Louis XVI style, is directly inspired by antiquity. Here, columns and pilasters punctuate the composition with fine, regular and balanced architectural lines.
However, to meet the requirements of the place, the ornamentation is richer in order to produce an effect of greater luxury through this juxtaposition of decorative elements.
To this is added a decoration of faux marble paintings: green campan, Carrare, sarrancolin and brocatelle from Jura give it a solemn and theatrical character.
